Fairly clean hotel in a marvellous and brilliant location, comfy bed. Variety of fabulous food at breakfast time. Good, relaxing room. Affable staff all over the place...

It's a beautiful and brilliant hotel for a weekend in Blackpool. Staff is very very helpful and amiable and you can park your car nearby. The ambiance is FAMILY. The location is good, relatively near Genting Casino Blackpool.

Brilliant location, a few steps away from Gynn Square. A huge variety of fab food.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and hospitality at No. 14 B&B. The owner, Karen, made us feel right at home and even entertained our little one with the turtles in the morning. The beds were comfy and the location was convenient, with easy access to the Tower via tram or bus. I would highly recommend this B&B for a pleasant stay.

It is a brilliant property located in North Shore district really close to north/central and south pier, transport and the tram. The location is good, close to the main attractions. Distance to the restaurant takes 400 metres.

The room was decently sized and relatively clean. The location was convenient as it was near tram stop and public transportation. The breakfast in the morning was filling and gave us enough energy for our day out and about.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will not be returning here. The host was rude, unaccommodating, and just overall unpleasant.

the location was superb - just a minute away from the tram stop, making it incredibly easy to explore the nearby attractions. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of six. The lovely and friendly staff, especially Karen, made us feel right at home and couldn't do enough for us. Lastly, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. I can't recommend this place enough!

I recently had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Blackpool. The location was ideal for my family, as it was just a short walk to the tram stop which gets you everywhere. It was great to be out of the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of the piers. The service provided by the staff, especially Karen, was excellent. She made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were well-maintained and perfect in size, accommodating my partner and four young children comfortably. The breakfast each morning was lovely, with a great choice and cooked to order. this hotel provided a home away from home experience.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The guesthouse had a homely feel, which was a great touch. The location was brilliant for families with young children, as there was a tram stop right outside the door and a nice beach within a walking distance of the guesthouse. A good English breakfast was served every morning, which was tasty.

The location of the B&B was excellent, just a short walk from the trams for easy access to the city. The host, Karen, was extremely friendly and attentive, especially with the kids at check-in. She even helped with first aid when my wife had a minor accident. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean, with a double bed, bunk beds, and a travel cot for our use.

Although it is not the B&B's fault, there was a family from Liverpool who came down for breakfast in their pajamas, and their children had their tablets turned up loudly. It would have been nice if they were asked to get dressed before sitting down to eat.
